Jemma is Senior Programme Manager for Innovation at the Centre for Ageing Better. She is responsible for supporting innovation activities across Ageing Better’s programmes and driving forward Ageing Better’s agenda to bring about change by working closely with our partners and people with lived experience to develop forward-thinking ideas which provide practical, scaleable solutions.
She also leads on two programmes: Getting the most out of digital, and Worklessness and Employment.
Jemma previously worked for Family Mosaic, a large London based housing association where she was Head of Research and Policy. In this role Jemma led on the organisation’s ambitious research programme and was lead researcher on many major projects aimed at improving older tenants' health and wellbeing.
