Bea Karol Burks

  • Bio

Bea has deep experience in digital strategy and organisation design across the public sector.  She led a major change programme at Citizens Advice, supporting 18m people every year as the charity’s first Chief Digital Officer.  She was the Design Director at Good Things Foundation where she opened a social design studio and worked in public policy at the think tank Demos.  She’s worked with the NHS, ACAS and a number of social enterprises.
