At ResPeo, short for Researching People, we provide qualitative evaluation services to public and charity organisations, as well as for projects with societal benefit at their core. We specialise in carrying out work which generates insights into our clients’ organisation, programmes and services and identifies areas of success and tangible implications for improving practice. At ResPeo, we design, conduct and write up qualitative evaluation research, and provide research advisory support, working formatively with our clients. We are a team of senior academics, social scientists and practitioners with long-standing experience and a desire to forge new connections and networks. We also specialise in team development solutions, tailored soft skills training and executive team and 1:1 coaching, working predominantly with NHS clients.
