Health Education England’s TEL Programme was established with the vision that health and social care in the UK be underpinned by world-class education and training that is enhanced through innovation and the use of existing and emergent technologies and techniques.
The Programme has a wide remit and a number of ongoing projects including: the TEL Learning Solution, Digital Literacy, Taxonomies, e-Learning for Healthcare, Horizon Scanning and the development of a national Simulation Strategy.
