Fairoak Housing Association is a specialist not-for-profit supported housing provider set up to provide high quality, safe, affordable and suitably adapted housing for people with a learning disability. The majority of our properties are in Cumbria but we also have accommodation in County Durham and Northumberland.
We offer a range of accommodation with support, which includes independent living flats, shared living and shared owenship properties. We are very proud of what we have achieved so far and are passionate about working with our tenants to empower them to develop the skills and confidence to lead as independent and fulfilling lives as possible.
