Exceptional Care is a children's care home provider based in the North West of England, established in 2014.
We provide services to children aged 8 - 17 who have experienced some- times difficult and challenging childhoods. We have over 10 services ranging from solo homes to multi-bedded homes to crisis adventure services.
We believe that children spending time with Exceptional Care should be a positive experience and the feedback from our children in 2021 states that they were "happy in their homes". It has been recognised that the culture within our settings is that staff give children reassurance and therefore children thrive in a culture where the homes provide warmth and stability.
Children always remain at the centre of our practice and our philosophy as a company and this has been recognised in our regulated visits by Ofsted and commissioning assurance visits. We are proud that we have a competent and consistent leadership team and that we try to significantly improve our training support and development to all who work at Exceptional Care.
