2020 Delivery

2020 Delivery’s sole focus is improving public services for users and tax payers. We have worked with healthcare planners, commissioners and providers to improve flow across all types of patient pathways - for example, emergency and elective, cancer and other specialties alike, inpatients and outpatients. The knowledge we have generated over the last 10 years, coupled with our "D5" improvement approach, allows us to be action-, rather than analysis-, focused. We aim to make a difference to performance within a week.
