Tracy Gladman Dip He, BA (Hons), PGCE – Education and Business Manager at Worrinots. She spent 20 years in the classroom with experience across the whole spectrum of education from Nursery through to the FE sector. Specialist subjects include Public Services, Early Years Education and Health and Social Care with responsibility for curriculum development and management.
Tracy had a passion for student well-being and success in the education environment encouraging them to stretch themselves to go above and beyond their own comfort zone, whilst ensuring their safety was well considered throughout their studies.
Working for Worrinots in her current position as the part of the driving force to impart change across the education and NHS sectors, hoping to create a long term impact on mental health and safeguarding education for children and young people.
