Tony covers onshore oil and gas policy for the Health and Safety Executive. In the last two years he has presented at more than 70 events on shale gas across the country, including many events in Lancashire, North Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and West Sussex. He is also providing information to the Scottish Government research following the moratorium and to the Cross Party Parliamentary Group recently established to examine shale gas regulation. Planners and planning committees continue show a keen interest in shale gas regulation and Tony has presented at events for PINS, and at local planning events in regions with shale gas potential. He has worked for HSE for more than 10 years.
