Tom Bucher

Tom is in his second stint at Kinship, having previously led on their rollout of kinship peer support in 2020-21. He has also worked as a Primary Teacher, in addition to a number of roles in homelessness, anti-bullying and social work sectors. Most recently, he led on the design and delivery of a number of leadership programmes in children and families social work while at Frontline, the largest social work charity in England.
