Steven is a project and programme manager with 12 years’ experience delivering technology products and projects with a focus in transportation and infrastructure. 

He co-wrote the winning Glasgow City Council Future Cities Demonstrator bid, led the OPEN Glasgow data team and project managed the City Technology Platform to create a data integration and open data publication platform.
