Selina has a strong background in social care, particularly around learning disability. Having completed a BSC hons in Nursing and Social Work at Salford University, she started her career as a support worker in 2006 and then qualified as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse and Social Worker in 2011. Selina is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and to lead a meaningful, fulfilling life. During her time with Consensus she has completed a BSC hons in applied behaviour analysis and intervention to ensure the very best outcomes for people with complex and challenging needs. As Operations Manager for Consensus Selina ensures that services in the North West and Scotland operate efficiently and effectively to the highest standards. She has excellent relationships with key Local Authorities, particularly in Greater Manchester and is instrumental in helping to plan and open new services for the region which meet local needs.
