SSAFA Hallam LLP set up an innovative Admission Avoidance Service on behalf of NHS Doncaster, producing better patient outcomes and a financial saving in excess of £1M in the Year 1.
Many more examples have followed with numerous CCG’s, NHS Trusts and Private Healthcare Providers partnering with Hallam Medical to deliver innovation Primary and Community care led admission avoidance solutions.
In addition Scott is a firm believer in building support and education networks for Nurses and Healthcare Professionals within Primary and Community Care.
In doing so Scott has led Hallam Medical’s involvement with the NMC for the Pilot of Nurse Revalidation and also into exclusive partnerships with the Association of Advanced Practice Educators (AAPE UK), The Queens Nursing Institute (QNI) and Journal of Community Nursing.
