North London Forensic Collaborative (NLFC) is responsible for the delivery and commissioning of inpatients and community adult secure services for population of North London. Working across 3 Integrated Care Systems we are working to reduce the number of patients with LD/A in inpatients settings. To facilitate this, there are now 3 Community Forensic Learning Disability Community teams who work closely with inpatient secure service and local community LD teams to improve the pathway for this group of patients while providinge high quality specialised care and treatment to meet the needs of the individual, manage the risk and improve quality of life.
