Sarah has been at Rees for over 12 months,  helping to develop a range of commissioned services to help support care experienced people of all ages. Her back ground has involved working with and supporting foster families and their children, so Sarah has been keen to bring this experience to Rees and to get involved with care leavers and care experienced individuals.
