Sandra leads on service transformation and delivery for CWP West. Working across health and social care organisations, Sandra has played a key role in the development and delivery of the integration agenda across West Cheshire and has responsibility for a number of related programmes and projects that support whole system change in line with CWP strategic goals. A nurse by profession, Sandra has vast experience in managing and delivering community services and has also held a number of senior management positions and recently co-authored the Ageing Well business plan for the Altogether Better Programme.
