Sam Ward is currently Director for Royal Voluntary Service, providing the strategic direction for Wales & West England. After achieving a BA(Hons) in Business Studies she spent 4 years in a commercial group as Business Director, responsible for contract and financial management. Sam also has 16 years voluntary sector experience, working for charities supporting adults with mental health challenges and providing older peoples services, during which time she has achieved a MA in Community Practice. A particular interest in operations and service development, Sam also has considerable experience of organisation design and change management.
