Richard Clarke has been in mental health services for 25 years. He has held numerous roles within the trust including working in deaf services, acute and forensic services. He is currently the bed manager for the trust and the Place of Safety coordinator. He has been instrumental with setting up both the place of safety and the triage team and holds the lead within the trust for operational responsibility.
