Rachel runs the Product and Services team, which designs and delivers digital services that put people first. Over the last 20 years, she has designed and delivered new services for BT and the BBC; led digital transformation programmes in numerous arts and cultural organisations, including the Royal Opera House and V&A; and worked as a consultant with large service organisations in finance, energy, healthcare and the third sector to create organisational change and useful, efficient digital services.
