Paul joined Four Seasons Health Care in October 2014 and is responsible for strategy, strategic relationships and business development across the organisation. Paul started working in the care industry at 16 as a care assistant and progressed through his career training and working as a care manager for adult services. As a care home manager and a regional manager across these roles Paul has always worked with older people, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs. For the last 6 years Paul worked at Barchester Healthcare initially as Director of Strategy and Development and for the last 2 years as Managing Director of the specialist services division, Swanton Care & Community.
Paul’s role at Four Seasons includes developing collaborative relationships with other provider organisations, stakeholder engagement with government, regulators and commissioners at a senior strategic level and supporting the organisation to develop local solutions to ensuring that Four Seasons is a responsive and innovative provider in the communities it provides services to.
