Nicola has 16 years’ experience of business development, gained within the welfare-to-work and social care sectors, primarily within national charities.
Nicola first joined Affinity Trust as Head of Development in 2011 and was in the role for over three years before becoming Head of New Business at Turning Point. She returned to Affinity Trust as Development Director in April 2016.
Nicola describes her current role as her ‘dream job’. She focuses on the sustainable growth of the organisation and leads a multi-disciplinary team that includes tender writing, service implementation, marketing and the development of new services for children and young people.
