Neil Walbran

Neil has served as the Chief Officer of Healthwatch Manchester since its creation in 2013. He is a graduate of Lancaster University.

Neil has worked in health and social care for over twenty-five years at local, regional and national levels leading work in project management, infrastructure support and business development specialising in commissioning around prevention and self-care.

His work has won awards for collaborative partnership and innovation in achieving positive outcomes in healthcare.

His interests include ancient history, the outdoors as well as film and theatre.
