He writes regularly for the UK quality press and is a regular speaker at process improvement seminars and events. Michael is a Chartered Quality Professional, a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Doctor of Mathematics. His special interests include Software Quality Assurance and software tools that bring processes within the reach of everyone within an organisation.
