Mark is a consultant with 20 years’ experience advising companies and organisations on the development and delivery of projects and programmes and portfolio management, working in a variety of projects including business transformation, post deal integration, large capital investments and IT change programmes.
He has extensive experience in turning troubled projects around quickly and efficiently and delivering their strategic and business objectives. Developed a number of programme assurance strategies, approaches and methodologies that provide oversight for management and direction for project teams to tackle issues and improve performance.
Mark began his career in the UK Power Sector, and has worked across a range of sectors including Central Government, Real Estate, Mining and Oil & Gas.
