Mark Lee is the chief executive of the Together Trust - a charity, which provides specialist education, fostering placements, residential care and support services for more than 2,600 children, young adults with disabilities, complex needs and autism and their families each year.
He joined the Trust in 2013 and is responsible for ensuring the charity provides high-quality person centred services.
Mark has spent the majority of his career working in the voluntary sector, joining the Together Trust from Barnardo’s NW, where he was Regional Director for 6 years.
He was also responsible for the management and for the promoting the profile of Barnardo’s throughout the North West region, building relationships with partner agencies and managing a budget contracts with statutory authorities.
Prior to this Mark worked for The Children’s Society for more than 17 years in a variety of operational management and policy roles.
Mark currently sits as a Trustee on the boards for Children England and the Greater Manchester Council of Voluntary organisations.
He lives in Stockport and has a son with learning difficulties
