Louise is the Apprenticeship Levy Manager for Coventry City Council and also the Director of ‘The Apprenticeship Levy Manager’ who has over 10 years’ experience within the training industry; particularly surrounding Apprenticeships. She offers internal support to clients; looking at de-mystify the Apprenticeship Levy by exploring the skills gaps at a strategic level to align their business needs.
Prior to joining Coventry City Council; Louise has worked with in Colleges and private training providers across the West Midlands; having a great understanding of Apprenticeships from an employer’s perspective to delivery models.
