Laura is a passionate autism specialist with extensive experience in supporting both autistic learners and staff to understand the lived experience of autistic people and how they can improve their inclusive practice. ​

After graduating with a degree in Deaf Studies with Special Needs and Inclusion Studies, she worked with vulnerable adults with multi-sensory impairments. She later moved into further education as the Specialist Support for Autistic Spectrum Conditions for mainstream education, as well as the attached specialist setting. ​She joined CPI as a Global Professional Instructor in January 2022.
