Kirsty Roche is a Locality Manager for Dimensions and has a wide range of experience in delivering a person centred support service to individuals with complex and challenging behaviours and needs.
Kirsty’s experience is with leading teams in reducing individuals Challenging behaviours and improving people’s quality of life. In her role she has worked in building support workers knowledge and confidence through Positive behaviour support training and PROACT-SCIP training.
Kirsty has worked in partnership with different professionals in producing individual’s Positive behaviour support plans and reviewing people’s needs to ensure they are up to date and person centred.
Kirsty has developed a role in the Organisation in order to support Managers and their teams to provide support to complex individuals in meeting their needs and improve people’s quality of life for the people been supported and staff teams whilst at work
