Kirsty is an experienced Senior Leader in Health and Social Care having worked over 30 years as CEO, MD, Non Executive and Chair Roles across the Public and Private Sector. Having started her career on the NHS Graduate Management Training Programme, she transitioned across in to the private sector, having undertaken a full time MBA, and has worked across all aspects of acute, specialist and community services. In choosing to move across to the CEO role for Hft, Kirsty was motivated by the clear heart of Hft and the exciting opportunities to deliver against the potential synergy of being a charity providing homes, care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
