Karryn was the first member of the Xyla Digital Therapies Children and Young Peoples team joining in 2021. Bringing many years of experience from commissioning to community services, the knowledge and understanding of how a service can and should work from end to end with a vision of opportunities across sectors meant she was the perfect person to build our service.
Karryn has over 15 years working with children and young people of which 6 years has been in leadership roles within the local authority and voluntary sector. Having a broad experience of managing front line teams, mental health services and transforming systems, Karryn has developed her leadership specifically in children and young people’s mental health. Karryn is responsible for the overall operational delivery of services, including resources, safety, business development and finance.
