Based in Leeds, Justine joined KPMG in 2001 after six years in the automotive industry where she led a multidisciplinary team and grew the business to $10m from a zero base. She had led the development of our work across the Public Sector in the North, encompassing Local Government; the NHS; Higher Education and Social Housing. Since 2015, she took a national role as the Market Director for KPMG’s Education practice – encompassing the wider skills agenda linked to Northern Powerhouse and the devolution agenda.
Justine is passionate about the evolving role of public service: its perception; the opportunity for more public / private crossover and the way we currently deliver services. Justine is also a Senior Independent Governor at Leeds Trinity University and member of Leeds and York Chamber leadership Board and York Economic Partnership board.
