Julia Clarke is the Director of Corporate Governance and has been at the trust over 30 years in various roles. She is the Lead Director for Sustainability, this role includes community engagement and volunteering.
Julia represents the sustainability agenda at Trust Board and has enjoyed the support of the board in a number of innovative developments at SaTH including the introduction of staff volunteering opportunities and corporate MAD volunteering – Make A Difference.
Julia is a staff volunteer and spends time on the wards as both a dementia buddy and a feeding volunteer. She is also a Dementia Friends Champion and, with Hannah, has provided Dementia Friends awareness sessions for nearly 300 members of the public.
