Jason has been with Mind since September 2016 as Project Manager in the IAPT Plus Early Intervention Team. In this time Jason has worked operationally and strategically to ensure prevalence targets are met, developed the Active Monitoring Programme across Oldham building a network of new partners, continues to build the clinical model of working whilst developing a robust community model to run alongside the existing programme of work, incorporating an asset based approach in the development of a social prescribing menu to better support sustained recovery.
Jason has managed multiple projects within Health and Wellbeing programs of work and is a Self-Care pioneer, having been directly involved with research, management and development for over 12 years in the NHS. In 2005 he successfully co-founded an award winning community arts organisations and more recently has worked under DWP (Work and Health) and run with the Olympic Torch.
