Jackie Millar is a founding director of Millar Hutchison; a niche management consultancy firm that has provided specialist consultancy support to the public sector, in particular health and social care for the last twenty years. Services include strategic planning for the digital era, IT procurement, project management, implementation, information governance and benefits realisation.
Over the last four years, Jackie has provided Programme Manager support for the Cheshire Care Record; a Cheshire wide initiative to share patient data across all health and social care organisations to support decision making at the point of care. The record shares real-time summary data across social care, acute care, primary care, mental health, cancer care and community care with all partners both contributing and viewing the data. In addition, local Hospices and North West Ambulance can view the data.
