Jackie is Director at Jackie Marshall-Cyrus & Associates Ltd, a boutique consultancy providing ageing and independent living expertise to corporates, SMEs and entrepreneurs developing innovative products, services and systems. Jackie has been a Registered Nurse for over 34 years and holds a first-class BSc Hons degree in Nursing Older Adults, and a Masters’ degree in Education. Jackie specialises in Independent Living and ageing-related healthcare innovation. Until recently she worked as Lead Specialist on the Independent Living Innovation Platform at Innovate UK where she led several high-profile national innovation challenges, most notably The Long Term Care Revolution National Challenge. She continues to work supporting organisations in development of healthcare innovation strategies, and SMEs to develop cutting edge products and services. She has earned an international reputation for being a visionary, thought-leader and strategist who shapes change through inspiration and collaboration across professions, organisations, and sectors.
