Helen is an experienced change agent with public and private sector experience. Data and technology have been common threads throughout Helen’s career. She describes herself as a “socio-technological spod” and has analytical tendencies, but she is most interested in how technology can make life better for people.
Helen is currently the Digital Lead for the Public Service Transformation Network, helping places tackling the digital challenges of service transformation to share experiences of what works and what doesn’t. Her aim is to help connect local and central government activity, to develop services enabled by technology which deliver the best possible outcomes for people.
