Heather leads Brain in Hand’s major innovation and transformation team, working with organisations to embed our digital support system into health and social care to realise the goals both of services and of users.
Brain in Hand’s SBRI Healthcare project, led by Heather, aims to continue to transform the model of care for autistic individuals, helping them to live more independently by providing a digital solution for personalised, self-directed care. This enables support to be more effective and organisations to spread resources further.
Starting her career at PA Consulting Group, Heather spent over 20 years delivering major change programmes across Government. She has a strong track record in working with senior management teams to develop the vision, strategy, and delivery structure to realise an organisation’s ambitions.
