Hayley is a Clinical Specialist in the Medication Delivery Solutions division at Becton Dickinson UK Ltd. She has over 30 years experience as a Registered Nurse, in the UK, USA, Middle East and Australia, with the majority of her clinical time spent in Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Units. Since returning full time to the UK, Hayley has ventured into the commercial sector and currently provides evidenced based clinical education and training on medication delivery solutions. Hayley has a keen interest in products and technology that improve Patient Safety and this is likely to stem from caring for tiny premature babies in her clinical days.
