Gemma is a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist specialising in Learning Disability and am Head of Allied Health Professionals for Essex Learning Disability Partnership (ELDP) in the South of the county.
She has been the lead clinician on the development of frailty tools and pathways within the partnership and have worked with colleagues in Essex County Council to develop joint approaches.
