Gary is a Director at Baker Lomax and Shackley Limited, a respected private consultancy providing specialist training, consultancy and advice in information sharing compliance, legislation and governance to large public organisations.
Gary is a retired Police Superintendent with over 30 years’ experience in a large police force. An experienced member of, and contributor to Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) he is a respected authority on sharing information between partner agencies to work together in dealing with offenders and to increase the safety, health and well-being of victims and survivors.
Gary has a successful track record in working closely with multi-agency partners and has chaired various multi-agency strategic crime and community safety groups.
He holds a B A Hons. degree in Organisational Studies and is an accredited mentor in senior police leadership and development.
