Gary has worked in social care since 1994, and has managed and developed a number support packages for individuals with autism and/or learning Difficulties. He has an MSc from the University of Kent in Analysis and Intervention in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is IABA trained. Currently, Gary is the Assistant Director of PBS and Person Centred Active Support for a national charity, Choice Support. He manages a small team of PBS practitioners who provide support to individuals and support teams and also aid the development of new bespoke support packages for individuals whose behaviour may challenge; who are coming through transition; or are being supported through the transforming care drive.
