Freya Burley’s work has focused on projects and innovations to support UK foster care for over a decade. Currently Head of Mockingbird Programme at The Fostering Network, she has been involved in developing the programme and driving it forward in the UK since 2017. With an MSc in Health Psychology and a background in research design and programme management across health and social care organisations she brings a breadth of expertise and passion to her work to support fostering services to improve the experience and outcomes for fostering families, children and young people.
