Francesca Archer-Todde is a Service Manager for The Big Life group, where she manages health coaching services for Salford Council and North Manchester CCG. These services are for people wishing to make multiple lifestyle changes that will positively affect health and wellbeing. She has just finished working on Realising the Value with Nesta and the Health Foundation, acting as the case study site for health coaching. Throughout this programme Big Life group and their partners have been strengthening the case for change for person and community-centred care using best practice gathered from delivering Being Well Salford.
Before coming to The Big Life group, she worked delivering international refugee integration programmes in Bradford and in primary care services before embarking upon a MA in Social and Public Policy where she researched the interface between policy making and policy acting within the third sector, and evaluating complex and complicated social interventions.
