Fiona Ramsay is the organisation wide Clinical Lead for Mental Health for Home Group Ltd. The role is part of the company's New Models of Care Clinical Team where she is responsible for delivering the strategic vision, developing best practice and outcomes frameworks as well as working with teams to embed quality.
She has nearly 20 years' experience of working in the NHS and is registered mental health nurse in the North East of England. She has worked in all types of mental health services across acute and secure inpatient services as well as generic and specialist community mental health services. Her special interests are psychosis, assertive outreach, veterans and recovery as well as co-production and peer support.
Fiona has engaged in continuous personal development during her time in the NHS at post graduate and masters level including cognitive behavioural therapy, Lean, leadership theory and coaching.
She also has spent several years working in organisation wide service development and transformation along with over 7 years' experience coaching both acute and mental health NHS organisations and their executive leadership teams in their transformation and quality improvement journey. She was integral in the design and implementation of several large scale transformation programmes for community mental health services in the UK.
