Over the last 16 years, Emma has held a variety of teaching and leadership positions across a range of educational contexts, and most recently she combined these experiences to build and lead a team to launch a brand-new school as the Co-Headteacher. Emma’s motivation has always been to ensure all young people, regardless of their socio-economic background have the best start to education. Emma is passionate about providing young people with a voice and autonomy over their learning and life. Emma now works with Mind Of My Own in their Business Development team, to ensure all young people have access to Mind Of My Own’s digital participation tools to help express themselves.
