Emily Pardoe-Billings is a Dementia Support Worker for the Care Improvement and End of Life service in Walsall provided in partnership with St Giles Hospice, Pathways 4 Life and Walsall CCG. Emily has been working as part of this new innovative service designed to meet the needs of people with dementia living in care settings. Over the last 4 years, she has worked for St Giles Hospice to develop their work with people affected by dementia. Her background is in providing care and therapy for people with acquired brain injury and autism.
