Dyane has an MBA in Public Administration and has worked for 37 years in various local government departments, holding several Senior Management positions. She joined Liverpool Adult Social Care Management Team in 2005 and has been Assistant Director there since 2010.
Dyane enjoys motivating teams through tough challenges using her background in change management, she has developed teams that have transformed into outward facing, outcome focused organisations that place citizens and service users at the centre of its business.
In the current financial climate, implementing the Care Act is one of the biggest challenges facing Adult Social Care and Dyane is leading a team that will facilitate both the procedural and cultural change that will be required to fully implement the Act in Liverpool City Council.
