Dr Stephanie Steels is a Reader in Health and Public Policy at Manchester Met University. She specialises in creating bespoke Theories of Change and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to extract key learning and behavioural insights from projects and programmes of work and translating these into recommendations for enhancing business delivery and policy development. Stephanie has over fifteen years of research and evaluation experience. Organisations she has worked with include the World Health Organisation, U.K Government, NHS England and a range of NHS Trusts and charities. Stephanie is also the academic lead for the CDMA Health and Social Care National Programme.
