Cicely Cunningham is a doctor working in Glasgow and the founder of the Learn Not Blame campaign – a campaign for a just culture in the NHS – for The Doctors’ Association UK. The Doctors’ Association UK is a campaigning and lobbying organisation that aims to speak up on issues that matter to UK doctors and the NHS as a whole.
