Dr Bertha Rogers is a Clinical Psychologist who trained with the University of Surrey, with a specialist interest in working with individuals with emotion regulation difficulties. Following her training she worked in a private inpatient unit for adults with complex, long-term mental health needs. During this time she trained in and delivered a Mentalisation-Based Treatment programme, as well as a psychology service for the unit. She then moved on to work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services as a Clinical Psychologist, where she later trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She subsequently moved into her current role in January 2019 as the CAMHS DBT Clinical Lead, where she set up and runs the CAMHS DBT service jointly with Dr Karen Wright. The service offers individual therapy, skills training groups and telephone coaching to 13-18 year olds across Hertfordshire.
